Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with SummitPM. This Refund Policy describes when and how you can request a refund for a paid SummitPM subscription provided by SummitPM Consulting LLC.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your initial order. The 30-day window also applies to a renewal charge if you contact us promptly after the renewal date.
How to request a refund
Email us at aoluwasoro@summitpmconsulting.com with the email address used at checkout and the date of the charge. We will review your request and, if approved, issue the refund through Stripe back to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal accessible inside your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where (a) the request is made more than 30 days after the relevant charge, (b) the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service, fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated policy violations, or (c) refund is prohibited by applicable law.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country or state.
